The WorldGate Resort Hotel & Convention Center is a family vacation resort and a hotel capable of accommodating weddings, small to large meetings and conventions. WorldGate is one mile from Walt Disney World. The resort-hotel is undergoing a multi-million dollar re-do. The entire prorperty is being upgraded. The resort's professional staff is first class and very attentive its guest's needs and comfort.
WorldGate Resort-Hotel has 429 guest rooms with mini refrigerators, 32" Flat Screen TVs, Wireless Internet Access in rooms and public areas, a food court with Uno's Pizzeria® Express, Starbucks Coffee®, Savannah Grille Restaurant & Sports Lounge (with Flat Screen TVs), computers in the lobby for guest use, lighted basketball and tennis courts, sand volleyball court, fitness center with Nautilus Equipment, spacious game room with Hockey Table and Arcade Games, the Kids Castle Theater offering a selection of Disney Movies playing, 30,000 square feet of Meeting Space,2 Outdoor Heated Palm Draped Pools (Temperature control whirlpool), Poolside Sports Lounge (open seasonally).
Guests are provided Free Shuttle Service to Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Studios®, SeaWorld and Lake Buena Vista Outlet Stores (Check Daily Schedule). Disney Tickets are available at the Guest Services Desk in the lobby and there is an Avis Rental desk.
Cancellations made by 3:00 p.m., two (2) days in advance of scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. All cancellations and no-shows after the stated period shall be charged a one (1) night fee.
