Reservations made 21 to 8 days of arrival shall pay 75% of one night's room and tax rate. For reservations not canceled by 12:01 of the seventh day prior to arrival date shall pay one night's room and tax rate. During the following periods an 80% forfeiture shall apply for No-shows: 03/11/10 to 05/23/10 & 09/06/10 to 10/31/10.
