There is a guest fee of $8.00 per day (over 12 years of age) for each guest over the stated number.
Cancellations of 31 days receive a full refund. All cancellations of 30 days or less and no shows are charged a 3 day fee.
During the months of February, March and April the Sea Oats Resort is available for Saturday arrivals ONLY.
