The resort is convenient to the Tampa International Airport and St. Pete International Airport. Orlando, home to the Magic Kingdom of Disney, Universal Orlando Studios, SeaWorld and the other great attractions are less than 2 hours away. Also, Tampa's own Busch Garden is nearby.

There is a required departure fee for this resort with each reservation due upon arrival:

Additional guests over the stated number are charged $8.00 per day (guest over the age of 12 years).
Cancellations made 31 days prior to the date of arrival are provided a full refund. All cancellations 30 days or less and no shows are charged a 3 night fee.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
