Ram Sea Resort is convenient to Busch Gardens and downtown Tampa. Orlando and the Magic Kingdom of Disney, Universal, Sea World and all of the wonders theme park attractions in Orlando are just a 90 minute drive away.
There are 75 condominium accommodations in two buildings.
On-site front desk/rental office opens at 9:00am daily.
Heated pool, Jacuzzi, outside barbecue grills and picnic huts. All accommodations include switchboard telephone service with free internet, daily Newspaper service, an in-room safe and Cable television.
Typical bedding - one bedroom condominiums have two double beds. Two bedroom
condominiums have one Queen and two double beds. Three bedroom condominiums
have one Queen and three double beds.
SATURDAY CHECK IN ONLY: During February, March and April check-in is limited to Saturday only.
Ram Sea Resot charges a departure fee for each reservation, payable upon arrival:
2 Persons in a one bedroom $95
4 Persons in a two bedroom $115
6 Persons in a three bedroom $125
6 Persons in a three bedroom/3 bath $135
Additional Guest Charge: Over the age of 12 is $8.00 per day ($56.00/week).
To avoid a cancellation fee, please be sure to cancel more than 31 days before arrival date. Cancellations of 30 days or less and no shows shall be charged a 3 night fee.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Late arrivals (after 5:00 p.m.) must notify the resort and advise them of your pending arrival time.
