The Long Bay Beach Resort & Villas is a tropical vacation getaway spot you read about in magazines. It is located on the Island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. Long Bay is the largest resort on the Island of Torola and has its own mile long stretch of beach. Guests are able to choose their rooms and villas from a wonderful selection . All of which are decorated in tropical colors with tile floors, floral fabrics. Each room is adorned with ceiling fans, air conditioning, cable televisions, clock radio, hair dryer, iron & board and some are equipped with high speed internet access.
Singles, couples and families are all welcome at Long Bay Beach Resort. There are plenty of water sport activities, swimming pools, a pool with a swimup bar, fitness center and a professionally staffed spa (Palms Spa and Wellness Salon) available to help relax and soothe your spirits. For stays of 5 nights or more the ferry service is included in your rate. Otherwise, there is a $25.00 per person round trip ferry fee. The ferries only operate during daylight hours, and the last ferry is unually around 4 p.m. There is a dress code at Pasta House Restaurant. Men must wear long pants or stylish jeans (no shorts, Capri or 3/4 pants) and collared shirts with short or long sleeves (no t-shirts or tank tops). Women must wear dresses, skirts, long pants or stylish jeans, culottes or in the Summer tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts" or cutoffs). At the 1748 Restaurant, shoes must be worn and bathing suits are covered. Dress shorts are allowed for dinner (no swimsuits and "short shorts"or cutoffs). Guests travelling with their personal laptops will have access to wireless internet in the lobby, Terrace Garden, recreation area and Library.
