The townhomes are in a gated community. Thus, providing a secure environment in which guests can relax and enjoy the swimming pools, walking/jogging paths, spa, a theatre for movie viewing, Wi-Fi Internet access, Unlimited domestic and International calling and much more.

Guests staying four nights or less are required to pay a cleaning fee of $85.00. Those staying five nights or more are not required to pay a fee.

The resort's cancellation policy is as follows: Reservations cancelled 4 to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival shall pay a fee of 50% of total cost of stay. Reservations cancelled 3 days and up to the day of arrival shall pay a fee of 100% of total cost of stay.  No Shows shall forfeit 100% of amount paid for stay, and early departures shall forfeit an amount equal to the balance their scheduled stay.
