The hotel is surrounded by 63 acres of tropical plants and trees. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World' s four theme parks and one departure per day to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores. However, the mall provides several free shuttles to the hotel daily (it is not known how long they will continue to provide this service).

Caribe Royale's Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to four (4) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. All cancellations made three (3) days or less and no shows shall pay a one (1) night fee. Guest staying at the hotel and departing prior to their scheduled departure date shall pay a $50.00 fee when checking out.
