Blue Tree Resort's Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Reservations maybe cancelled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date with no cancellation fee. All cancellations received after the stated period will forfeit the entire room charge for the booked period. All no-shows will result in a full forfeit of advance payment.
